- All projects will be executed according to project specifications and timelines agreed upon in writing between Shooratech Innovates Pvt. Ltd. and the client.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide all necessary information, materials, and cooperation required for the successful execution of the project or consulting services.
- Clients are responsible for securing all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any third-party software or content used in the project.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment terms, including project pricing, milestones, and payment schedules, will be defined in the project proposal or separate agreement.
- Shooratech Innovates Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to suspend work or terminate a project if payments are not received as agreed.
5. Intellectual Property
- All software, code, and related intellectual property created during the project will be the property of the client upon full payment.
- Shooratech Innovates Pvt. Ltd. retains the right to use and showcase the project in its portfolio and marketing materials.
6. Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all project-related information and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.
7. Termination
- Either party may terminate the project or consulting services for any reason with written notice.
- Shooratech Innovates Pvt. Ltd. retains the right to invoice for work completed up to the termination date.
8. Warranty
- Shooratech Innovates Pvt. Ltd. provides a warranty for its work as specified in the project agreement.
- The warranty is void if any unauthorized modifications are made to the software.
9. Limitation of Liability
- In no event shall Shooratech Innovates Pvt. Ltd. be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Faridabad, and any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts in Faridabad.
11. Changes to Terms
- Shooratech Innovates Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
